It is either the Sixus1 Orkz (Original Release Date was around 2008 on Daz3d) or the Sixus1 precursor to the Orkz (I forget the exact name of the set, but Sixus1 had an Orc figure on Conten Paradise long ago before the Orkz set).

I am fairly confident it is Orkz though based on body proportions, jutting head, slumped head into bulky shoulders.  I worked with those figures a loy over the years.
