Unfortunately, these things happen. If your character is obese obviously the arms are going to go through the body or things like that.
It's something to bear in mind when buying generic products. I can't get behind every customer and go to their house to fix the problem, it's not feasible. ^^'

It is absolutely possible to fix the problem and insure the poses work with a specific figure. This is what I do myself. Poses being sold as professional poses should have at least this bare minimum of effort put into them.  To me, it sounds like you just want to run motion capture and sell the mocap files without any editing or fine tuning, or you just do not understand the finer points of what is needed to make the mocap files suitable for use with specific figures and software.  In such an event, the resulting product would likely perform poorly.  Making sure a product is suitable for purpose and is of useful quality is something to bear in mind when marketing and selling products.
