I’d like to thank everyone for the detailed Answers so far. The Person who wrote the last Comment is already aware of the Situation. I realize now that I need to explain this more clearly, I am currently working exclusively with Daz Studio, something I probably didn't mention clearly enough. 

I did ask a few Questions about Poser, though that was mostly out of Interest in how that particular Function is implemented in the Software. If I do start using Poser at some Point, at least I now know how to adjust Clothing. 

I tried out the "Transfer Sctive Morph" thing, but I'm not really satisfied with the result either. The Image on the left shows the Base Figure, while the Image on the right shows it after I’ve loaded a Character. Although the Clothing roughly conforms to the new shape, it still stands away from the Body.

   

By "Victoria 4 Clone," I actually meant a Product like the one for the Genesis 2 Figure, a Clone that Shares the same Body Proportions as the Victoria 4 Figure. But for now, I’m going to try out these Instructions, maybe that will clear everything up. 

I just want to briefly mention that people who primarily work with Poser are the ones explaining Daz Studio to me. I also wouldn't have thought it would be so hard to find someone who understands both Poser and Daz Studio.
