All figures are rigged Otherwise it would be a lot more difficult to pose them. V4 has parametric rigging while later figures have triax rigging. @richardandtracy wrote this tutorial for converting from parametric to triax. Doing this to V4 will grant the autofit capabilities you seek, but it will not be easy.
