Well since the library is just a database that lists the product # that is assigned to an item in the store and the fact when you look at the store it shows the status of the item in that you don't own it, you do own it or it is in your shopping cart, then this just an extension of that concept just that the items that are listed as attached to you as in either you own it or it is in your cart is expanded a bit to further flag items.
