Actually, the wind force deformer will still be working.  There's been a long thread about the replacement for the cloth room in the P14 forum and it was demonstrated to me that the wind force deformer will still work with the bullet physics based cloth simulation that is being refined for P14.  It's already available but I've yet to figure it out. >.<
