These are my go-to render settings for the final render. 

But these might be overkill, especially if you don't have Optix. Settings can depend on what you're rendering and the look you want to achieve. What problems are you having with your rendering? Is it just too much grain, or are there other issues, such as transparencies not turning out right when layered?
