The 'Ghost' outline is the result of the DSON subdivision.  Set the subdivision to zero under the DSON Support and save the figure to the Library in P11.  Load the figure into P12, and it should bend and pose normally.  Keep in mind, all your conversions must be done in P11 and saved back to the Library.  That includes poses and morphs, although morphs loaded in DS will port over with the figure in Poser.
