This could be caused by numerous things tbh.

Some things to check: Gamma settings, Check alternate file types e.g. PNG or TIF, Image resolution, Clean default file in DS, Compression Artifacts.

To my eye this looks like some kind of compression artifacts, have a look at this video it may help you find a solution.
