Poser 14 feels like a preview release. You get the opportunity to play with the newer Cycles and a few other things, while they figure out the rest of the development plan. That's not necessarily a bad thing, if it's pitched that way.

I do agree that, given Poser's small user base, everyone very reasonably wants to see a plan that looks viable. I don't even use the cloth room, but it's sending the wrong message, and messaging is very important at this stage. Replacing it is going to be important, and from a messaging standpoint, personally, I would be looking for some quick wins in terms of UI improvement or new functionality, even if small.
