I might help if I saw some screen shots of your interface I am including a link below where you can down load the Blender Manual for 4.3 I also suggest you grab the 4.5 manuals that you can down load as PDF files to your computer from the links I sent yesterday you can down load those in either Epub book format or HTML so you can look thru them on you desktop. As to lighting that is a subject in itself and in that manual link I sent yesterday has a section that covers lighting
