My entry is a quiet picnic by the sea.  This couple have managed to find a table with no crowd around.  There's an adage that goes, "red sky at night, Sailor's delight," meaning that if the sky is red at dusk, the weather will be pleasant for the next several hours.  The water is calm behind them with a regular rhythm of waves washing gently ashore.  

"A loaf of bread, a jug of wine, and thou."

Not sure who caught who here, they sure do look like they're enjoying each-other's company.

What's that?  She looks a lot like the officer in my last serial story, "Hight Seas?"  By George, I think you're right!  She looks EXACTLY like LT Ford!  Yes, yes, I believe it is her!  If you think for one moment I'm exploiting this contest as a cheap way to direct attention to my gallery, you are absolutely, positively correct!  Stop by:
