You may need to ask the creator then - though I wonder if there might be an ssue handling the newer PBRSkin shader rather than the older Iray Uber shader - you could trt comparing two characters who each use one of those (in the  Surfaces pane's Editor tab select a skin surface and look at the shader listed at top-left).
