Sorry to necro this thread, but my backup failed and I no longer have ode_64.dll or the manual PDF. Are these available still? They are no longer in the bitbucket downloads.

It's in a ZIP file, you should't have any problem to get it 
The PDF is from 2022, whereas the DLL is from 2024.
