It possibly can be video card drivers.  I am aware that the NVidia game drivers can cause issues with the latest iterations of Poser.  You may want to check into that aspect of your problem and either rollback or reinstall those drivers.

I tried to uninstall my Nvidia (so the laptop was running solely on the chipset) but the problem remain the same. I tried disable variable screen refresh and all the options which come for Windows 11, no luck. I tried a fresh install, same.
