Hm, for me the Cfg option is greyed out an unselectable, I only have Firefly or Superfly as selectable render engines, no Cycles. I am using the latest python you posted and the package form CB's site. What am I doing wrong?

And if they still don't appear here after that:

Try closing and re-opening EZSkin
