Thanks my Brother appreciated for sure. Were hot heads here in Texas, we want justice now "Immediately" if the dude had gotten Bail in his initial Arraignment he would most likely be dead already. Since he was remanded to County till the hearing for his Trial date cooler heads prevailed, namely Lou and her sister. Word is the ADA is thinking about a Capital Crime since even more things have come to light, Texas has the Death Penalty and Huntsville Prison who has put to death more Convicts than any other State we'll just have to wait and see.
