The human skin experts may have another point of view, I guess, but in case here's what I use: it's a simple setting, on a second layer, because I've some difficulties to control efficiently the way the Specular and Roughness of the PrincipledBSDF work altogether:@shvrdavid: very well done sweat. Are you able to share the way you created it? One of the things I really miss from current iterations of Poser is any sort of wet overlay on skin, used to be products you can get for it.
@Afrodite-Ohki: I see the hand also received some loving care for LF2, very good news! And the expression is lovely!

The gloss Level = 0.05 minimizes the effect on the skin color: a higher setting result in a more "ghostly" skin
The Anisotropic's Roughness depends on the way the scene is lit, and on the "intensity" of the Bump map on the Base laer (not sure it's the right word but I suppose that you get the meaning).
In the case of this skin map set, 0.45 gives a nice touch:
