Welcome to the forum, I see 3D-Mobster provided an answer for you about running SD locally, but you do have to have a pretty hefty system and graphics card to do that. I'll recommend a few websites that you can use that are photorealistic and can produce NSFW images if you want to. The first one I'd recommend is the dezgo website: https://dezgo.com/ You'll see over on the side there's an img to img option. Even though it's free you can also pay for the images using their "power" option. It generates images quicker.
