Well I must obviously advocate for Night Cafe and Vana.Portrait since I've made threads here about them and am currently binging on Vana.Portrait with 5 accounts with models of me from 5 different stages in my life.

Hmm, it seems I can't edit my original post but thanks for the suggestions Steve. For future reference both NIght Cafe and Vana Portrait require you to create an account and log in.

They do, but they are both free to start. Vana gives you 20 credits, but buying more couldn't be more cheap! Nigh Cafe actually lets you earn credits daily just by logging in and voting on contests, and there's the 5-day streak credits for creating  five days in a row....
