As for me I've been having lots of problems with the new fiber op modem.  Calling tech support was the most frustrating thing I've dealt with in a long time.  System kept kicking off every ten to thirty minutes, so using the internet was a headache and almost impossible.  After 15 or more angry phone calls I finally got through to someone higher up and they sent a repair guy over today.  He replaced the modem and some lines outside that he said were bad.  So far so good, will keep fingers crossed...
