Still playing in the snow around here, but the days are starting to get warmer..

Going to be in the 80s this weekend I started cleaning the smoker yesterday evening going to do 2-3 slabs of Ribs Saturday. Eat some Ribs watch the final Four(I'm pulling for San Diego State) kids will be here "Laissez le bons temps rouler"
