Leonard:  Looking for a retreat.

I did some real estate browsing and found these for you.  Most have little or no yard maintenance and no cactus  A couple at the foot of those El Paso mountains.  One even has a she-shed/man-cave.  

That one , Adobe veneered Cinderblock, looks a lot like my place minus the Palms of course and it has a Flat roof covered with Solar Panels
