Does anyone here know if the IGNORE function (that I only just found) works both ways?    As in, if someone has blocked me, they can't see my posts either?

I believe so, we all have probably been blocked, I was wondering if it was just me 🤣

there is a user who used to troll the Carrara users I blocked a few years ago and I didn't see their posts or rather I didn't until Renderosity banned him

As I've seen you posting stuff in "the other thread" as well, you probably know the ones I'm referring to.  Couldn't care a jot TBH other than that I've never done anything against them, but as long as it's a 2-way street....I won't lose any sleep over it ;)
