Way back I blocked someone and never saw a post from them until they changed their user name I just blocked that one too so yeah I think that's the way it works.

I have confimration that it works both ways.  If they ignore us, they can't see our posts either.  There are a couple of AI bashers in the other AI thread that have done that.
