I've been thinking about that article we read yesterday.  Regardless of whether it's fact or just someone's "expert" opinion, it struck me that if the Big Guns like Disney etc., or artists like Greg Whatshisname who most of us had never heard of before want to stay out of the AI world, why can't MidJ and all the others just add them to the list of banned words?

I must say that I have rarely used artist's names anyway, other than the Muppet Prompt which got me thinking.... so I did exactly the same prompt with the same seed but omitted the artist names from the second run.

So here's the first "ultrarealistic portrait of a Purple Dragon in green and gold, 8k photographic style filigree fractal details intricate ornate outfit hypermaximalist sharp focus, dramatic lighting, highly detailed and intricate, hyper maximalist, ornate, luxury, elite, haunting, matte painting, cinematic, cgsociety, James jean, Brian Froud, Ross Tran --chaos 10 --ar 3:2 --seed 1924"

Is the first any better?  No.  In fact, the first gave me a human instead of a dragon in image #2.  So my point is, the use of artist's names are really pointless in most, if not all cases.
