You can use 'render in cache'. It does exactly that: process renders from a cache. It is a separate process that runs parallel with and independent from Poser. If you do not want it to take up capacity when using Poser you can suspend processing until a later time. Results are stored in a location you specify.
There may be some limits, depending on Poser version you use. Most likely you are limited to CPU rendering.
