Are you saying that you create a different pose on each frame and then want to render them out at the same time?
If that's the case you can use the Animation > Make Movie command. No script needed. Before you do the following, use the Render Dimensions dialog to set the image resolution that you want to render. Then specify your render settings in the Render Settings dialog.
Then choose Animation > Make Movie.
For Format, choose Image Files.
For Renderer, select which renderer you want to use (FireFly, Sketch, Preview, or SuperFly). The settings specified in Render Settings dialog will be used, so make sure you have that set the way you want before starting the render.
For Resolution Scale, choose Full to render at the specified dimensions.
For Time Frame, enter the frame numbers that you want to render. For example if you have five different poses in frames 1 through 5, just enter Start 1 End 5.
For increment choose All Frames.
If you want to save your Make Movie Settings to go back to it, click the Save Settings at the bottom. (Note you'll also need to save your project file later to save the settings with the scene).
After you get all that done, click the Make Movie button. Poser will ask you to locate a file folder and enter a filename. The frame number will be appended to the filename, with a four-digit number (0001, 0002, etc). For image file format, I recommend PNG.
Hope this helps
