Byrdie:  don't fight taking meds for high bp.  I kept saying I can do this by walking more, eating better, etc.  Did all of those things and bp was still too high (runs in my family also).  Finally gave in and like Lenord says after they get the meds regulated it is just fine now.  I completely forget I have it until, like Gill, I have a doctor's appt.  Then the bp goes up.  There is just no way to get away from stress in your life and I am not sure we want to completely.  :-)

Lenord:  like the new steampunk postings and the weird ones with the eyes.  Also the alien structures are pretty unique.

Darkglass:  Those masks are awesome.  Kind of evil looking though.  Don't think I would want one on my wall.  lol
