Yeah, I noted the map flips after I posted the images last night.  I also noted the lack of the Alpha channel when I examined the maps in Photoshop.  They look perfectly fine in Firefly engine mode but the moment I switch to Superfly everything gets wonky.  I have never seen this behavior before.
