Take a look at the folder "Runtime:Python:Addon", first under the folder where the executable is. You may find in this directory a list of sub-directories. Each may (it's not mandatory) call a DLL that is missing.
In each one, you will find a python file name "--init--.py" (be sure that your files explorer is displaying the extensions), and rename in something like "--init--.py.txt", Replace "-" by the underscore, I don't know how to display this character as it's interpreted here ?
Then, restart Poser.
One of those python addons could be the culprit. On my system, the python "addons" list lies only where the executable is.
From what I've read elsewhere, each addon must be correctly registered, using the correct string. This could also be a reason why an existing DLL isn't loaded, and thus missing afterwards.
