Was La'femme just updated to 1.1 or was the an earlier update? I looked over my original Pro files and they are different but just wondering when this was released as I see her on the front page of What's New products. Thanks!

I'll give this a shot before I just send an email to RPublishing to find out the facts...

I've read all of the documentation and licenses included with both La Femme base and La Femme Pro including all of the legal stuff in the Poser Reference Manual and I'm still a little vague on the actual facts.

My question is...

There's quite an open realm of content types that can be created for La Femme, in particular more unusual genre types of morphs and characters, that appear to be as yet untapped. La Femme seems very hassle free to create such content for likewise. If I were strongly considering creating marketplace candidate content for Poser's Flagship figure what exactly are the merchant resource aspects of La Femme, included with the base or pro packages, that can be utilized in such an endeavor? I'm looking for very specific responses.

I spoke with jennblake on another forum and she indicated to me that all content of the La Femme package may be utilized as merchant resource, the LaFemme1.obj (or parts thereof) may not be redistributed however. Morphs, materials, and texture maps may be altered and redistributed as a salable product in support of La Femme.

Textures, geometries, rigging all change with technology and become outdated at some point. Poses however do not age. I also made a bulk conversion for PE with Nagra_00_ 's PoseConverter.Unfortunately there is no equivalent converter for LaFemme.

I would love to see someone make a sexy retro comic/pulp space suit with raygun and bubble helmet for La Femme. Or any of the outfits that Jane Fonda wore in Barbarella. I have a bunch of those kinds of outfits for V4 ( haven't converted them yet with crossdresser)... anyway...

@EldritchCellar . I made a similar one for V4. Maybe a good idea to make one for LF.

Yes, and there's more to come.

I have zero interest in steampunk, but these pieces seem like they'd be useful for lots of other things.

It's a really interesting pack. I gather you're supposed to use two bodysuits, one over the other, to make things like vests over shirts. (I didn't bother, so he has no vest.) Nipples are poking through a little. Probably wouldn't show with a vest, or if I set a larger collision offset.

Running the sims is different than I'm used to, I guess because of the morph used to fit an item made for Dusk to LH. I might try to simplify things by exporting the morphed OBJ, so LH has his own.

I ended up buying all three of the steampunk packages (for Dawn/La Femme, Dusk/L'Homme, and Baby Luna), and will be interested in anything else else he makes. Especially for LH.

Yes, I beta test for him, so I've had fun playing with them as he created each of the sets. I'm also sure he'll be including LF and LH as he creates more, as he originally started creating items for Dawn, Dusk, Pauline and Paul, but Pauline and Paul are now both considered "legacy", so he's playing with LF and LH.
