Pretty easy to fix the small flaws that converted items have - either with some smoothing of the joint weight maps, or some morphs made with the morph tool.

As for SuperFly, it does pretty well with simple materials (those that have a diffuse map directly connected to diffuse, etc). Only some of the more complex Firefly materials that should give you a hard time. Besides, a lot of La Femme users still prefer to use Firefly anyway.
