You were not supposed to update to Poser 11. As I said before, you have the first version of Poser Pro 2014, not the Game Dev version. ONLY the Game Dev version of Poser Pro 2014 needed to update. It sounds like you downloaded the update and got a 21 day free trial version of Poser Pro 11.2. Now that trial has come to an end and you need to upgrade to Poser Pro 11 for $99. That's why your serial number is invalid. When your PP2014 quit working in October, why didn't you contact Smith Micro, who owned Poser at that time to help you?
