I'd like to know this too. I upgraded from PP2014 and when I re-installed PP11 after my computer rebuild, I needed my old PP2014 key in order to activate PP11.
Maybe the update will make upgraded versions full licenses to make it easier. Though PP2014 was expensive so I do want my copy to work.
You make a good point. I still have my Poser 9 installed, but I didn't "upgrade" from P9 to PP11, so the need for the license key to get a new installation to work when I get a new laptop doesn't apply to me, but I'm interested in whether or not I'll have to move everything in that Library to PP11's Library. I prefer leaving them separate, but if need be, I suppose I could slowly reinstall everything into PP11. I just prefer keeping them separate for several reasons.
Hmmmm, I wonder if my PP11 would "recognize" my P9 Library even if the software no longer worked. I use the External Library option, so it maybe possible.
