There are two ways to fix the problem.

The first is simply running one's V4 install/register exe that's going to be in the Poser runtime directory, under Daz something, where v4 was installed. No reregistration necessary, just click the exe/bat file for v4 to get it to reregister the file settings.

The second is easier - Go to your V4 directory and reapply the basic poses and/or the expansion whatsits - Whichever has the eye dial morph thing, I forget.

One of these ways WILL WORK unless you've gone to extreme pains to bork up your own V4 CR2 and/or have a very borked up custom character. :)
