There are a few Wayback Machine captures of the main Poser Forum page(s) in both infinite-scrolling () and paged (e.g. ) modes, but the linked threads don't appear to have been captured.

I've tried getting the Wayback Machine to manually capture individual threads (using the "Save this url in the Wayback Machine" link from the "Hrm. Wayback Machine doesn't have that page archived." page), and it appears to work. Except that, of course, it only sees what a non-signed-in viewer would see - i.e. no pictures. So that's a problem.

My only success has been manually downloading complete threads to my system. A couple of conditions:

• You have to be signed in to the SM forum of course.
• You must have "Delay Image Loading" UNticked
• The viewing account must be set up to view threads in paginated mode, i.e. "Paginate topics and posts instead of using infinite scroll" ticked.

The 3Dcheapskate* occasionally posts sensible stuff. Usually by accident. And it usually uses Poser 11, with units set to inches. Except when it's using Poser 6 or PP2014, or when its units are set to PNU or something else.
