No, you don't use the NGM morphs at 100 % (as many morphs) for best results but compared with the original silicone shape of V4 they are a vast improvement and much more realistic looking, I speak of ... ehhh ... experience. Besides, there is an extra "petite" NGM set for V4 if you prefer small. Though what happens is that the minimum and maximum limit settings for each of those morphs have become 100.000 instead of 1 which completely distorts the figure.
