The folder you are showing with your Genesis characters isn't actually included in the screenshot of your content directory manager?

It's C:/Users/Public/Public Documents/ My Daz 3D Library...

The three folders in your Content Directory Manager for Daz Studio content lead to:

C:/Users/Larry/Documents...

C:/Users/Public/Documents...

In the Content Library tab you are also looking in the Daz Connect Library which will only display content you have downloaded via the Daz Connect download system directly in DS, not content from other directories.

You need to add the correct directory to DS through the CDM and once that is done the required directory of content should be available in the Content Library pane.
