I've bought over a hundred products at the 'Rosity Marketplace, & I have to say that the vast majority of vendors I've had any contact with have been, like you, responsive, concerned, & quick to deal with any problems to my complete satisfaction. I have repeatedly been impressed with the vendors here, as well as the quality of their products. I enjoy doing business at this marketplace more than any other site on the web, as it has more member-friendly features & qualities than any I've seen. I also have to respect the admins of the site for their self-restraint, & the freedom that they allow the discussions on the forums. it's a tricky thing to "gandy-dance" among so many disparate personality types & still foster & nurture such a really extraordinary community as this one.
