Well, you_ could _name her after my daughter and a certain vendor here. I'd be happy for anything to get the name spread around a bit more since I'm royally hacked off with people either mispronoucing it or mis spelling it. It's not even difficult to spell or say but sometimes I have to stop meself from going postal. I suppose anything that's different from the usual Keeley/Kerry/Samantha/Stephanie/blah blah blah is going to throw people off course but when even the damn teachers can't get it right I despair.
Failing that - and based on the fact that most female names in Indo/European languages end in "a" (except Russia but they have to be difficult) - how about:
Ebola
Hypothermia
Chlamidya
Retsina
Passata
Rubella
