I really highly doubt Dassault Systems will ever release it or update it again. Their native software suites include very high end modelling stuff for industrial use, like aeronautics engineering parts and such. Word is that they simply absorbed the Quidam company to acquire some bit of technology from them, and they never really wanted that particular software to resell or develop. So it's probably dead forever. FX Realm are also out of business, and Creature Creator is gone for good too. There are some old 3rd party resellers that may still sell it to you though, I'm not sure. I won't make the link active because it might be a TOS violation, not sure. I have no idea if that company is reliable, or if they are even still in business, but you can see they are still selling the Creature Creator product there.
