You need 3.5. Version 4 and up are completely different setup and has compatibility issues. For Windows 7, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows feature on or off. Check "Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5.1"
I have uninstalled Net 4.5 framework and installed Net 3.5.1 framework. I have checked "Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5.1" on Windows feature. Nothing has changed. Each time I move any dial of Pose Controls - Head the result is the same or similar.
