MMAlbert has made quite extensive listings of both commercial and free items for various themes and you can find her steampunk listings on her blog. Do a google search for "redeyecat" and it will be at the top, it's at wordpress. Once there scroll down and on your right you'll find the blog archives. Most assets are listed in Sept. 2015 with a couple in August as well. Once on the page make sure you keep clicking the link "Older Posts" at the bottom for even more.
