Subject: Texture Transformer - Where is the texture CR2? What am I doing wrong?

Let me clarify this. Let's say I want to transform a V4 texture set by Maddelirium to Dawn. Do I have to save out a separate V4 .cr2 for each item in the texture set, including eyes, makeups and lips? I am confused about this. Thanks in advance!
