... Personally, all my Freestuff is in Poser format, because that makes more sense to me since it can work in both Poser and Daz without me having to make 2 versions.

And Carrara!

I spend 95+% of my animation time in Carrara (a little in Poser and Vue) and have a very large collection of Poser format items, which work seamlessly in Carrara. In spite of DAZ's efforts, I have had trouble with DUF format (DAZ Studio) and avoid it.
