I haven't really tried this much, but does this figure work faster in poser than if we use normal genesis in poser eg genesis 2, or is it still using some python script everytime we pose and move the figure. eg crowd scenes in poser with lots of them?
If you are referring to the scene lag when moving or posing any Genesis, the solution is to change subdivision to zero. The default value for SubD is 1 when the figures are loaded through DSON. Change the value before performing any posing or scene changes.
Also realize, if you are loading multiple copies of the same figure, they do come in laden with whatever morph packages exist in DAZStudio. If you have dozens of packages loaded in Studio, you will have a rather larger figure file to deal with in Poser. At least with G3F in Poser, no other added morphs to DAZStudio will appear after generating a .cr2.
