I have just powered my computer down and restarted it, and my Poser 10 still won't run.

Could the trouble come from old junk in my registry? If so, where in my registry should I look for what, and delete it?

http://my.smithmicro.com/poser-pro-11.html says that Poser 11 costs $500 (= about £345). Would changing to Poser 11 avoid this bug? The thread Subject: Poser 11/Poser 11 Pro: Bug Reports describes an alarming list of faults, and before this Flash-or-whatever crash I had been planning to leave Poser 11 for a while until the bugs had been worked out of it.
