I have tried yet again to get my Poser 10 working. I used a disk that came from Smith Micro, not a downloaded copy. I looked at my list of installed programs in Control Panel/All Control Panel Items/Programs and Features . They included the previous Poser 10, and its PoserContent14, and an old PoserContent14 that I installed in 2014. I remembered that my Poser 10 had been installed at C:/Poser 10/ with a space, and that my new installings of Poser 10 had been installed at C:/Poser10/ without a space. So I uninstalled the Poser 10 and both PoserContent14's, and reinstalled Poser 10 from the disk. And a Poser 10 and a PoserContent14 duly appeared C:/Poser 10/ where my old Poser 10 installation had been for a least about a year and had run OK until 2 Jan 2016 inclusive. And the installer asked me to click to reinstall Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Flash, and I accepted. And the installer did not ask me for a serial number. And the new Poser 10 installation still refuses to start.
Are we still waiting for a new (compatible) version of Adobe Flash? Or what? Thanks.
