I always install my Poser at C:/Poser(number)/ (in the present case, at C:/Poser10/), not in the usual place, to make it easier to reach my geometry files for editing work. Could that have upset matters? ( / should be backslash.)

But my Poser 10 ran OK like that for the best part of a year before the recent crisis started.
